Narrative:
All tacked up Webb, a city of Raleigh mounted Policeman, is ready to fight crime with his horse Flash. Down at the station or up on his horse, he is always ready to represent his community. You may see him saddled up down in Moore Square. He likes downtown and he says the people are friendly and diverse. His race has not played a significant role in his life and he was raised with his grandmother in a small town. She is one half Cherokee Indian and in that small town there were also a few blacks and Hispanics. He doesn’t speak a second language but he wants to learn German. He thinks it is a “fascinating” language. He had two years of college at the Ohio State University in Cleveland. He didn’t take any special courses, just general ones but he was leaning toward political science. He really loves his job. He has been a policeman for eight and a half years. He lived in Durham for eight of those years. The city provides a computer for him, and he rents his home. He eats fast food less than once each week, and maybe he eats out once a week. He does have access to healthy water and it comes from the well at his home. He doesn’t own any pets other than his police horse Flash. He was raised as a southern Baptist but right now he is not practicing any religion. He does believe in God though.
