Narrative, Continued:

When she grows up and graduates from college she wants to be an 8th grade math teacher. When she was in 5th and 6th grade one of her favorite things to do was play school. Maybe it was that 6th grade math teacher or playing in her playhouse that inspired her to be a teacher. Church is a large part in Morgan’s life and she enjoys attending youth events. “Attending church and having church in my life has made me a better person”. North Carolina State University is her favorite college team and she proudly supports the wolf pack.

Drinking and driving is a major concern Morgan has for the local community. Over the past 2 months, Wake Forest has lost 4 students because of drunk driving and Morgan is concerned that it will quickly increase over a short period of time. She worries that her community will continue to lose students because of driving under the influence.

Every Friday this fall you can find Morgan at the JV football games cheering on her school team in her red, white and blue cheerleading uniforms Morgan is on the junior varsity Cheerleading squad and she hopes she will make it on to varsity next year. Being on the Cheerleading squad gives Morgan a chance to hang out with friends but also meet new and interesting people. As a younger child she took gymnastics and dance lessons an then stopped when she was 12 years old because she wanted to cheer. Morgan is a very caring and dedicated person and she will stick with something (like cheerleading) until she succeeds at it. Living with her mom and dad is frustrating at times but she has the hope of seeing her brother home from college. The family dogs Coco, Biscuit, and Hollie keep them on their feet and entertained. Hanging out with her family and friends and playing with her new puppy Hollie, which she received for Christmas, are things Morgan enjoys doing. Other things she enjoys doing are going to the movies and hanging out with her boyfriend Mac, with whom she recently attended Winter Fest, a dance that you can attend at school where the girls ask the guys. For her younger schooling Morgan attended a local, public elementary and middle school. Morgan studies hard and makes good grades but still makes time for her friends and family. World history is her favorite subject in school.
