What Daniel likes about Wake County is that it is a safe place to live, and he likes that people help each other. Daniel helps his community by doing charity work to help people in need. Daniel likes Wake County but he is also concerned about the kids who aren’t educated, the homeless, and global warming. Daniel thinks Wake County can improve by having fundraisers for kids without education. He also thinks Wake County can improve by helping in some way to stop global warming. Despite the changes that could be made, Daniel thinks this is the best place to be.

Narrative:

Chopping though boards with his bare hands and kicking high in the air, this middle school student is anything but average. One of the things Daniel loves to do is Tae-Kwon-Do. Right now, Daniel is a black belt so he is not the person to get into a fight with. Daniel may be experienced but he still wants to improve, and continues to learn self-defense. He’s also active, playing outdoor games with his friends like golf, basketball, football and hockey. Daniel is a caring person who loves to help people when they are in need. For example, he raised money for a homeless shelter at his church; he even helped other homeless shelters with his youth group. Daniel lives with his mom, dad, and his fish. Daniel is Christian, he goes to church almost every Sunday, and Daniel reads the Bible. Daniel says that he feels good about his race and his family. Daniel rides the bus to school; it only takes about 10 minutes. Some of the things he does at the school are math, science, history, keyboarding, and language. One of Daniel’s greatest moments at school was when he was elected president of Student Council. Daniel says he enjoys school and it is not a problem. Overall Daniel is a friendly guy and is always there to help people.
