This Washington, DC native has lived in Raleigh for 23 years.. Chris’ parents moved him to NC when he was 6 years old, back then the place was rural and there were farms everywhere. Still today Chris claims he likes this area better than Washington, DC.
Chris has enjoyed his position as manager of FedEx Kinko’s for the last 7 years. He feels it is a pretty good paying job. He started out just by helping with customers but got promoted to manager. He said there have been problems that have happened every once in awhile. One time while he was working he met with a customer and the customer dropped off a package. The package was for a lawyer in Tarboro. When the UPS delivery guy came to pick it up, he forgot that package. When Chris arrived in the morning he saw the package was not picked up and realized the guy needed it in Tarboro. So he put it in his car and personally delivered it in Tarboro.
